These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aurelielle.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Aurelielle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of this agreement.
Who we are
Aurelielle is an online retailer of skincare tools and wellness products. You can reach us at hello@aurelielle.com and we aim to reply to every message within one business day.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Products, descriptions and images
- We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its materials, size and intended use.
- Product photography is illustrative. Colour can vary between screens, and packaging may change as suppliers update it.
- Our products are consumer skincare and wellness items. They are not medical devices, and nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment for any condition.
- If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or use any implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, speak to a qualified professional before using a device that applies heat, current or vibration.
- Results differ from person to person. Reviews and before-and-after imagery reflect individual experience and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
Pricing and promotions
- All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply at your destination.
- Where a product shows a reduced price, the higher figure is our regular list price for that item.
- Bundle tiers apply their stated discount to each item in the bundle. The total shown on the product page and in your cart is the amount you will be charged.
- We may change prices and promotions at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including PayPal and major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. You are charged when your order is placed.
Shipping, delivery and title
- Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and weather are outside our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.
- You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

Returns and refunds

Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it for a competing service, or to submit content that is false, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with our products. Please only submit content that is yours to share and that reflects your genuine experience. We may decline or remove submissions.
Intellectual property
The Aurelielle name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by us or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product images supplied by our manufacturers remain the property of their owners.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and integrates services we do not control, such as payment providers, carriers and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aurelielle against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelielle operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer protection rights you have under the mandatory law of the country in which you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date below.
